Progress so far on this wee garden project going on in the background. A lot done and a lot more to do before it’s finished. A lot of digging done by hand with limited access was definitely a struggle and still some to go before finishing the retaining wall. Decking/pergola to be finished. More digging. Fencing and then on to the patio. ❤️❤️

Few wee jobs started on this house. New window frame made up with new glass to follow to finish off.
New fascia boards and an old chimney capped off as a temporary fix for a leak on this garage.
Old fence panels ripped off and dumped ready for a bit of digging work to get new posts in and get back again to finish the fence and fit the new glass

Bit of an update on progress so far on a house we started a couple weeks ago.
We’ve been back and forward to this house on our spare days to squeeze it in.

Reason being. The builder was a bit of a d**k and this family hadn’t had a home for over 2 years.
We’re getting there now at a stage they’ve been able to move in and we’ll be continuing to work on with them in the coming months to get things finished

Door frames fitted and the ones that were in have been fixed.

Skirting. Architrave. And hockey stick fitted throughout the house.
Doors fitted with full jam.
Stairs fitted and full balustrades done
Patio and utility doors fully cased in and trimmed
Toilet boxes framed and boarded to allow toilets to be fitted prior to tiling in the near future.
Few other bits and pieces rectified and changed along the way

Lots more to do but definitely not as much of a building site as it was not so long ago 🤙🏻
