Landvest Developments Limited is a small bespoke property company owned and run by myself, Jamie Braha, Michael Snooks and Ian Reid. We have significant capital and resources to acquire residential development sites either on an unconditional, subject to planning or joint venture basis. Our preference is to acquire off-market opportunities and we have the ability and flexibility to act and perform
very quickly. We have immediate finance available and already have a proven track record to deliver within specified timescales and tailor deals to meet the clients expectations and needs. We are more than willing to pay introduction fees to non-retained agents (assuming the site can be effectively delivered) and of course confirm the instruction of an appointed agent on the sales of the new homes. Our targeted geographical locations include North West London, Central London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex. For the right opportunity we will of course consider most locations within the South East. We have no red tape and unlike some of the medium and larger sized development companies we have the ability to act quickly without hesitation and delay.
