Pogmoor Project – Completed ✅

Another project successfully completed, with another satisfied customer.

The porch was fully hand-dug, with 1 m³ of concrete used, and the completed building work has been passed Building Control inspection and is now fully watertight.

We’re pleased to say the customer is so happy with the finished work that they’ve now asked us to provide a quotation for a rear extension.

Another job completed, another customer happy — and hopefully the start of the next project next year!

Thanks to everyone involved to make all our projects move at the same time and smoothly.

From this to that in just one day! 💪🌱

A full 85m² of stadium grass laid on the Woolly Project.

The rotavator came out to play, the soil was levelled out, and then 4 tonnes of topsoil went down to get everything ready for the grass.

🚗🔨 Another project complete!

We’ve just finished building this fantastic three-car garage, specially made to house some very classic cars. 🏁

From start to finish, the whole project took just three weeks, and we’re really pleased with how it’s turned out.

Hopefully we’ll have some more photos coming soon, with the cars safely in and ready to show off! We can’t wait to see them in their new home. 😍

The next generation 👏🧱

Kayd came onto site for an hour today to show us his skills — and at just 3 years old, this lad is already showing a real passion for brickwork!

He’ll make a fine little bricklayer one day here at Sykes & Sons Building & Property Ltd. 🧱💪

It’s all about inspiring the next generation and encouraging young people who have that hunger, passion and pride for the building trade.

Who knows… one day we might have a future brickie on our hands! ❤️🧱
