• Once you have your price, our technical team can advise you on any building regulations, acoustic requirements that you may need

• Our surveyor will visit your site and do a pre start meeting with the site manager, leaving all the RAMs and insurances needed to comply with current legislation. Product call offs and procedures will be agreed to ensure the site runs smoothly. Regular site visits will be made to assist with the build program.
• Our cavity closers and windows are on a 10 day turn around and arrive labelled with a plot number, House Type and window location, making it easy for the brick layers to select the right cavity closer.
• Windows will arrive with the installation team on the day requested. They will be installed and checked for quality. The site manager will asked to check and sign the installation paperwork.
• Our dedicated customer care team will telephone the site manager on a regular basis to ensure we keep up to date with product requirements.
• We offer a free commissioning service pre CML to ensure the final property handover goes to plan
• Once the home owner moves in we offer a 2-year warranty service on all working parts on the windows and doors. We are currently working with large house builders within a 3-hour road journey from our offices. All our customers get the same exceptional service choose what the build size.
