Charlie Munger believed one of the best ways to increase a home’s value isn’t through kitchen upgrades or bathroom remodels but through landscaping. “You spend money on trees, and you get it back triple,” he once said.

Customer now able to use rear of the property as wheelchair accessible.

New patio area, new washing line, New turf, new gravel boarder and topped up the stones to finish it off.

Wheel chair accessible Patio extension. Joining from existing flat patio to sloped path. Tried to keep it as flat as possible one end to make it a usable ramp also. Pictures don’t do the gradient justice.
Pointing and turfing next to finish of this little garden transformation for a really nice couple.
