🏠 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐌𝐎 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes at Blue Vision Group, with another HMO renovation now well underway in Barrow.

While The Castle is now reaching its final closing stages, with the finishing touches including the feature wood panelling bringing the project together, we’ve already moved onto the next transformation.

The new HMO is currently at the structural and first-fix stage, with the studwork going in and the internal layout beginning to take shape.

And there’s plenty more happening over the next couple of weeks. 🔨

First-fix electrics and plumbing will be taking place throughout this week and next week, alongside the continued development of the internal structure and room layouts.

What starts as an old, tired building is carefully stripped back, reconfigured and rebuilt with a completely new purpose and creating practical, modern accommodation while making the best possible use of the space available.

For landlords and property investors, a successful HMO conversion isn't simply about adding bedrooms.

It’s about planning the layout properly, understanding the building, maximising the available space and delivering a finish that tenants actually want to live in.

🚧 A BIG WEEK AHEAD AT BLUE VISION GROUP PROJECTS 🚧

The first room is now finished, and we’re really pleased with how it’s come together. 👌

But this is only the beginning.

With more rooms currently in progress, we’ve got a huge week ahead as the Blue Vision team pushes towards the next stage of the project.

This week the site will be busy with:

⚡ Electricians
🔧 Plumbers
🎨 Painters & Decorators
🪚 Joiners
🧹 Cleaning Team

And, as with any refurbishment project and particularly when working with an older building — we've had our fair share of snags and historical building issues along the way.

This week we've already faced a handful of challenges that could easily have slowed things down.

Instead, the team worked together, found solutions and kept the project moving.

And that's something we believe is really important at Blue Vision Group Projects.

It's not about expecting everything to go perfectly.

It's about having a strong, experienced team that works together, communicates properly and finds a way forward when unexpected issues arise.

Every property has its challenges. It's how you deal with them that makes the difference.

We're now heading into a very busy week as we continue bringing the remaining rooms together and getting the property ready for its next chapter.

And there's a big milestone just around the corner…

BlueVision Group is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive and experienced Office Manager to become an important part of our team.

We’re a busy and expanding property maintenance and renovation company, carrying out everything from day-to-day maintenance and smaller refurbishments through to larger renovation projects across residential, commercial, buy-to-let and HMO properties.

This is a key role within the business, helping to keep the office running smoothly while coordinating between our clients, landlords, tenants, tradespeople, suppliers and wider team.

📋 THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Managing incoming telephone, email and customer enquiries
✅ Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants and contractors
✅ Organising and coordinating jobs with our trades and maintenance teams
✅ Purchasing materials and supplies and liaising with suppliers
✅ Obtaining prices and helping ensure materials are available when required
✅ Dealing with invoices, purchase orders and payments
✅ Keeping accurate records and maintaining job documentation
✅ Assisting with job scheduling and coordinating trades
✅ Following up outstanding jobs, enquiries and invoices
✅ Supporting the wider team with property and project administration
✅ Helping ensure jobs progress efficiently from enquiry through to completion
✅ General office administration and keeping day-to-day operations organised

👤 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’d ideally like someone with:

🔹 Previous experience in office management, administration or a similar role
🔹 Excellent organisational and time-management skills
🔹 Strong communication and customer service skills
🔹 Confidence dealing with clients, contractors and suppliers
🔹 Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask
🔹 A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
🔹 Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
🔹 The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
🔹 Experience within property, construction, maintenance or trades would be a major advantage, although it isn’t essential
🔹 A driving licence would be preferable

✅ Reliable, hardworking and punctual
✅ Able to work independently and use their own initiative

🔨 Another Milestone Reached at Our Latest Renovation 🏡

The project is now entering its final stages, and it's fantastic to see everything coming together.

The decorating is well underway, with the final coats of paint transforming each room into a bright, modern living space. Feature framework has now been installed, contemporary wall panelling is taking shape, and the high-quality finishes are giving the property the premium feel we set out to achieve.

Every detail has been carefully considered to create a stylish, comfortable accommodation that our future guests will be proud to stay in.

With just the finishing touches remaining, we're looking forward to welcoming our first guests within the next month.
