Are you friendly, reliable, and passionate about property? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Viewing Assistant to join our local estate agent business in Basingstoke.

Hours: Flexible
Salary: Hourly rate + mileage allowance

About the Role
You'll be the face of our brand — showing potential clients around our properties, helping them imagine living in their new home. Your role will include:
• Conducting property viewings in a professional and welcoming manner
• Providing information about property and surrounding area

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Confident, personable, and well-presented
• Excellent at communicating
• Organised, punctual, and reliable
• A car owner with a full UK driving licence (essential)
