It all started with a dream. After over a decade working within the limitations of corporate agency and seeing poor service become the norm, Christi Collins set out to do things differently. What began in a spare bedroom in Basingstoke was built on one simple belief: clients deserve better.

Fast forward to today, and that back-bedroom business is now a leading independent high-street agent, with an incredible team, award-winning service, and a reputation we are immensely proud of. 🏆

In 2022, we expanded further by launching our Sales Department, now led by Michael Howley, bringing over 30 years of industry experience and strengthening our ability to support clients at every stage of their property journey.
