This photo means more to me than people will ever know.
I don’t just see colleagues. I see mums, dads, partners, husbands, wives and friends.
I see people who leave their own families every morning to help other people with one of the biggest moments of their lives.
I see early starts, late finishes, missed lunch breaks, difficult conversations, celebrations, tears, laughter and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
Every phone call answered. Every viewing. Every inspection. Every negotiation. Every problem solved. Every client looked after.
That’s what this team does, day in, day out.
