Not all developments require glamorous 3D renders, some are simple 2D designs of well-considered homes. There is beauty in the necessity of good residential design.

We have taken this dilapidated cottage from an uninhabitable single dwelling, to two stunning properties. A 2-bed and a 3-bed, both with their own private garden spaces and off-street parking.

After making provisions to preserve existing wildlife on site, we are ready to submit this ecologically sensitive design to planning.

Progress update on our listed barn conversion project.

We’ve successfully completed the drainage, excavations, and reinforced ground slabs, with all concrete works now finished and ready for the next phase.

Up next: masonry. Looking forward to seeing the structure really start to take shape and sharing more as this unique rural home continues to evolve.

We’re carrying out both an internal refit and a redesign of the existing outbuildings. This already beautiful property will be given the finishing touches to make it anyone’s dream home.

Big progress on our listed barn project!

We’re making fantastic headway with the groundworks and getting the site fully prepped for the next stage of the build. It’s amazing to see everything starting to come together.
