Jennymount Business Park’s next networking session is happening Thursday 24th September, and this month we’re combining practical business advice with an opportunity to make new connections.

It's hard not to be impressed by the view over Jennymount when the rolling hills of the Cave Hill are our backdrop!

And just before the Cave Hill you can see the massive Grove Playing Fields which are the perfect place to go walking at lunchtime.

But that's not it, the area surrounding Jennymount has rich pickings when it comes to looking for time in the natural world.

All within 10 minutes of the business park you can find the spectacular forested area of Cave Hill, beautiful gardens of Belfast Castle, the spacious Grove Playing Fields, the wildlife sanctuary of Giant's Park, Alexandra Park stretching from York Road to Antrim Road, The Waterworks and Loughside Park...

Grove and Alexandra Park are both within walking distance...(so is Waterworks if you're a quick walker!).

It's a beautiful morning down at Jennymount as the city wakes to another day at the office.

How can you not be happy parking up amongst these beautiful buildings rich in Belfast heritage?

If you listen carefully in the early morning when no one else is around you can almost hear them telling the stories of days gone by - of linen mills, breweries and the local people who descended on the estate to support the economic growth of our city.

Today as we grabbed a few snaps outside we saw NSPCC Northern Ireland and Childline volunteers arriving to support young people across the UK in the most difficult times of their lives.

We watched as the lights went on at Sync Living where the team works every day to restore independence, dignity, and freedom to those living with disabilities across Northern Ireland.

And, as we were watching the carpark come alive, we shared a warm hello with one of the team members at Elite Dance Designs on their way into their creative studio, where raw fabric is beautifully transformed into bespoke costumes that make every dancer feel like a champion.

We love bumping into our tenants at Jennymount because we're not just a space, we're not just offices and event spaces, we're a diverse community, a family with a shared location making our own contributions to the waking city.

Finding office space isn’t hard in Belfast, there’s plenty of places offering from budget friendly studios to top of the range serviced offices.

In years gone by for many businesses it was simple things like distance from city centre, cost and/or value for money that drove the decision to move to one office space over another.
