Hi, I’m Beatriz and I run BFG Properties.

We help Irish homeowners look after their properties here in Spain while they’re back home—everything from regular checks to handling unexpected issues.

I know first-hand how stressful it can be to worry about your home from another country, especially with things like damp, leaks, or just not knowing who to trust locally.

I’m originally from Spain, and have spent a big part of my life in Ireland and the UK.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and understand the expectations and concerns from both sides.

When you’re trusting someone with your home in another country, that clarity and communication really matters.
