The formation of two suites on the first floor…

With views across The Tweed and the Elizabethan Walls, these rooms are just going to POP! 👌🏽

This space previously had been 4 bedrooms, and the simple option would have been just to refurbish them as they were - plus some might think that 4 rooms will make more money than 2…right??

‘Quality over Quantity’ is everything for us in this project.

We could have went with more bedrooms, but space and comfort are imperative for what we are creating.

New layout confirmed, drawings updated, costings adjusted.

I’ve got The A Team working on this project - James Cromarty at Yeoman Architecture with the nuts and bolts of it all, and about to bring it all to life!

Some hard slog ahead, I just need to make sure I’m more “Hannibal” Smith and less “Howlin Mad” Murdock 🤪
