Cleaner wanted
For regular fortnightly cleaning of a 6 bed rental house share + adhoc viewings and other small rental admin jobs
Would suit mum that wants part time work to supplement income
Duties include:
Regular cleaning of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, wc, shower room, hallways and stairs
Deep cleaning of rooms when tenants move out
Hosting viewings for new tenants
Inspections of the house
Reporting of maintenance issues
Small maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and dealing with old tenants post
References preferred.
Full training given to the right candidate.
Must speak good conversational English.
Must have access to smart phone
