Our latest quarterly performance review from the RSL is in, and we are proud to have achieved an overall GREEN rating once again.

The review looks at the standards we deliver across key areas including property compliance, repairs and maintenance, support services, staff training, safeguarding and overall service delivery.

The RSL found clear and consistent evidence that Big Mommas Housing continues to provide a high standard of service and meet our statutory, legal and contractual requirements.

For us, high standards are not just about providing accommodation. They are about creating safe, well-maintained homes, providing the right support and continually improving the service our residents receive.

A big thank you to our whole team for the work that goes into maintaining these standards every day.

Take a look at what’s coming next from Big Mommas Housing.

A beautiful 6-bedroom, women-only supported home, prepared to the standard we believe every woman deserves.

We want women who come through our doors to walk into somewhere that feels safe, comfortable and like a proper home. Somewhere they can settle, rebuild and start moving forward.
