NEW PROJECT!

Project - Shenstone

Excited to be starting on our new project for client who has come through recommendation again!
We walked through the project with our customer from initial visit, through to design and plan submission to finally starting the build.

The client would like to create a double storey extension to the side of the property. The ground floor of the side will gain a larger kitchen and a new living room. The first floor we will introduce two new bedrooms, one of which will benefit from an ensuite.

The finished piece! It's been a while since we posted last but we have been busy.

This double storey side extension went up well, fairly straight forward job. Main thing was the customer was happy with the finished article.

PROJECT UPDATE! -

Upon digging the trenches, we discovered a Severn Trent sewage pipe running through the proposed area. Before we could progress any further, we had to put an application forward for a self certification declaration.

Build over complete, trenches have been filled, dpc laid, inspectors been out and happy with the works, now for the walls and roof!
