We prepared the existing floor and laid new porcelain tiles, creating a clean, modern and hard-wearing finish throughout the hallway.

Another transformation for a customer, opening up the existing kitchen and dining area to create a much larger, more open space.

The work involved carefully removing the existing wall and opening up the room, with temporary supports in place while the structural work was carried out.

What was once a closed-off layout is now a much more open and connected living space, giving the kitchen a completely different feel. 👌

A lot of hard work, plenty of rubble and a big difference to the way the space can now be used!

🛝 A New Play Area Taking Shape! 🌿

Another job completed for a customer, transforming one section of their garden into a safe and practical base ready for a new children’s play area.

The work included:

🌳 Removing tree stumps and clearing the grass
📐 Building a timber frame to create the new area
⛏️ Levelling and preparing the ground
🪨 Installing a solid hardcore base
🖤 Fitting rubber safety tiles ready for the play equipment

The rubber surface provides a durable and cushioned area, perfect for the children’s play equipment that’s being added next. 🧒🛝

From an uneven, overgrown section of the garden to a level, finished play area ready for the next stage. 👌

🚿 COMPLETE BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION 🔨✨

This bathroom has been completely transformed from a tired, dated space into a larger, modern and much more practical bathroom.

This was more than just a bathroom refit — we reconfigured the room to make much better use of the available space.

🔨 Removed the existing bath, toilet and sink
🏗️ Removed a wall to enlarge the bathroom, including installing the required structural support
🧱 Plastered the walls where needed to create a fresh finish
🚿 Created a new shower area with a large shower tray and glass enclosure
🚽 Fitted a brand-new bathroom suite and vanity unit
✨ Finished the walls with a combination of tiling and shower panels
⬜ Installed new flooring throughout
🔥 Added a heated towel rail

The end result is a completely transformed bathroom with a much more open, modern feel.

A lot of work went into this one, but we think the finished result speaks for itself! 👌🔥

A recent job where we bricked up an existing doorway and transformed the opening ready for a window to be installed.

The challenge was making the new brickwork blend seamlessly with the existing house, including adding the feature brick detailing around the opening. 🧱🔨

We carefully matched the existing brickwork and detailing to create a finish that looks like it was always part of the property.

Really pleased with how this one turned out — a simple change that makes a big difference to the look of the house. 👌

🌿 Another Transformation Complete! 🔨

In the last post, we showed you one part of the garden transformation. This is the next part, we also gave this patio area a fresh new lease of life!

The existing patio was already a great space, so we added a new raised timber decking platform, creating a dedicated area that’s perfect for outdoor seating, relaxing and enjoying the garden. ☀️🌿

🔨 Work completed:
✅ New raised timber decking area
✅ Strong timber framework
✅ Quality treated decking boards
✅ Neat, level finish
✅ Integrated perfectly into the existing patio
✅ A practical new area for outdoor living

It’s amazing how adding a simple change in levels and materials can completely transform the feel of an outdoor space! 👌

What a difference a little hard work can make! 💪
This tired and cluttered side passage has been completely transformed into a clean, practical and covered walkway.

🔨 The job included:
✅ Clearing out the existing area and removing the old shed
✅ Removing the unwanted clutter and gravel
✅ Installing a new timber-framed covered roof
✅ Fitting clear corrugated roofing sheets to bring in plenty of natural light ☀️
✅ Reworking the area to create a much more usable space
From an unused, cluttered side passage ➡️ a clean, sheltered and practical access area. 🙌
