One of the question we are frequently asked is,

''How soon can you manage my property?"

And the answer is, after viewing the property, a rental offer will be made within 72 hours, as long as we have all the relevant information. If accepted, contracts can be negotiated and signed.

Depending on the current condition of the property, we may require a period of time to carry out any refurbishments. Your first month’s rent will be paid upon completion of the refurbishment.
