Currently we are involved (with professional partners) in a new build of 3 x 3 storey houses, gaining planning permission for 4 x 1 bed flats on some land we own along with a conversion of commercial offices into a single residential dwelling. Meet the founder of Stage 3 Property, Steve O’Carroll.

Steve started his business property journey in 2012, building a BTL portfolio through refurbishment projects. He formed Stage 3 Property Investment Ltd in 2013 to focus on planning gain opportunities and commercial and residential conversions along with new build developments. To date, he has successfully raised finance for and completed 17 projects. Currently, besides working on commercial to residential conversion opportunities, he has been collaborating on planning gain projects with a Guildford based partner.

For this development, we connected with the vendor who had granted planning permission for two 3-bed high-quality semi-detached properties in his back garden plot, located in Farnham, Surrey.
The existing property remained but gained new garaging facilities.

We also provided the separation between the existing and new properties and private access for the latter ones.
