🎄We would like to wish our clients & partners a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year🎄

As 2025 draws to a close, it's been another great year here at AMC Surveyors.
We're proud to have completed numerous RICS Level 2 & Level 3 home surveys, delivered expert project management services, and continued our dedicated work in block management. It's also been incredibly fulfilling to support local charities by helping them secure much-needed new premises.

Here's to making 2026 even bigger and better. Exciting things are coming - watch this space!

We are observing a notable increase in commercial property acquisitions, with our team actively engaged in conducting pre-acquisition surveys.

These surveys provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the scope and costs associated with necessary repairs and ongoing maintenance. This enables prospective buyers to evaluate the feasibility of the purchase by comparing the anticipated repair and redecoration expenses against the projected income from the property.

Our detailed reports also serve as valuable evidence to support negotiations on the purchase or lease terms.
