Little upgrade for a returning customer over the line this week. The old deck had been built for 20 years and was falling apart, with a composite alternative and the extra steps taken in the first fix this should outlive the old one by double.

Some joinery work completed on a renovation in Swinton for some great customers..

List of works included:
- Remove and replace 4x new door sets
- Service cupboard above bathroom door with push to open doors
- Full second fix upstairs
- Building of a bespoke alcove unit with 5 panel shaker doors
- 8x Floating shelves fitted to specific gaps
-Building of a mezzanine floor to tie the living room to the conservatory

All materials supplied and the works carried out efficiently to a high standard, cant wait to call around for a brew once its all been painted

Just dropped back into the property we finished 2nd fixing last year to complete some bespoke open wardrobes before the carpet fitters come later this week.
Also been busy last week building some vanity units with access to services via a removable shelf and back
All made on site from malemine panels

Its safe to say we are eased back into the new year at full steam, the 2nd fix on the West End property we are contracted to is well underway.
We are on track to start second fixing the next two apartments next week once the fire doors and casings arrive
