Had a call from a customer in Hengistbury Head to say their gully was blocked. Went there and cleared it out then carried out a cctv live survey to find all lines from the property were full of scale and debris which was adding to the issue. Carried out a full descale and everything is running as should now and customer is very happy with the job and even happier with the price👍🏻

SOBO customer called to say drain was blocked and it really was, but managed to clear it and then carried out a live cctv to identify what was causing the issue. We quickly saw large root ingress so we cleared the roots and installed a resin liner to stop them returning as well as a new chamber. All sorted for the customer and they won’t be having anymore issues. Lovely customers and they were very happy with the works and the price👍🏻

Busy few days with lots of unblocks and installation of new and repair of existing manholes which had come loose and were letting debris into the drains causing blockages all clear and debris free now👍🏻

Little job we carried out this morning,lady said dishwasher and sink were backing up and after what we took out the line I’m not surprised,it was a very bad build up of scale fat and wet wipes. The lady has not long moved in so it was historical and the smell took your breath away🤢

Another busy week for universal drainage solutions. Lots of unblocks to digs to repair drains and repairs done on partially collapsed manholes as always all customers were happy with the works and even happier with the price👍🏻

Customer called saying she was worried about damp on an internal wall. We arrived and carried out an inspection on our cctv and discovered very severe holes and cracks in their drains in the same location as the damp. To remedy this we installed a resin sleeve to cover all holes and cracks👍🏻

Had a call from a gentleman in Walkford saying he’s toilet and shower was bubbling when used. I arrived and quickly found the problem wich was root ingress,so removed all the roots and cleared all lines now running as should👍🏻

Just a few pictures of some work we’ve carried out in the last few days. One was caused by root ingress so we cut out old section and replaced with new pvc and the other job was to repair a pump that had been installed too high so was not working as should. Both jobs are finished and customers are very happy and their drains are running smoothly again
