We recently worked with the homeowners of this Keighley property to design a side extension, helping them create valuable additional space while keeping the proposed design in keeping with the existing home.

🏡 Turning Ideas Into Plans ✏️

A customer recently got in touch with us after purchasing their new family home, looking at ways they could extend the property and make the very best use of the space they already have.

We worked with them to take their ideas and turn them into clear, detailed plans, helping them visualise how their home could work better for their family before any building work begins.

Sometimes, having your ideas drawn out on paper makes such a difference. What might just be a thought or conversation suddenly starts to feel much more real — and it can help you decide what works, what could be improved and how to make the most of every bit of space.

🔑 Supporting Our Clients Beyond the Initial Project

The CAD Monke team have been back out on site this week, working with an existing client to carry out a measured survey for a new lease.

It’s always great to continue supporting clients as their requirements develop. For this visit, we were tasked with accurately surveying the premises and gathering the information needed to produce clear, reliable drawings to assist with the new lease arrangements.

Accurate plans are an important part of the leasing process, helping ensure everyone involved has a clear understanding of the property, its layout and the areas included within the agreement.

🎨 From Sketch to Planning Application 🏠

We love it when a customer comes to us with a clear vision — and this project started with something a little different!

Our customer, who has a passion for art, created his own drawing to show us exactly how he imagined his new garage and driveway. The proposal involves demolishing the existing garage, levelling the surrounding land and creating a more practical, accessible garage with a usable driveway.

Using his artwork and ideas as our starting point, we have developed the proposed plans ready for submission as part of the planning application.

A great example of how an initial sketch can help bring a customer’s vision to life!
