Q: What type of accommodation do you offer?
A: We offer luxury, adult-only 1-bedroom apartments with beautiful coastal styling and sun terraces. We also have a deluxe Beach Hut situated directly on the beach!
Q: Can I book the Beach Hut on its own?
A: No, the Beach Hut is only available as an add-on when you book one of our apartments—it cannot be booked separately. It doesn't come automatically with the apartment, but you can choose to add it on to your stay for the ultimate beach package!
Q: Where exactly are you located?
A: You can find us on Warren Road in Brean, Somerset (TA8 2RP). Our apartments are just a short 2-minute walk via a public path to 7 miles of golden sand.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: yes, there is one free car parking space per apartment
Q: Do you have disabled access?
A: Unfortunately, due to the layout and architectural design of our property, we do not have disabled or wheelchair access.
Q: Do you allow children?
A: Our apartments are Adults-Only retreats, designed to give you a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing getaway by the beach.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes! We are proudly dog-friendly on request, and extra charges will apply so we can ensure a full deep clean for our next guests. The local 7-mile beach is open to dogs all year round, and we even have local dog-friendly pubs just a 5-minute walk away.
Q: What is there to do around the area?
A: You are perfectly placed for both coastal relaxation and incredible Somerset adventures:
On Our Doorstep: A local shop, takeaway, and pubs are all within a 5-minute stroll. Take a scenic walk up the National Trust's Brean Down for spectacular 360-degree coastal views and to explore the Victorian fort.

📍We are just up the road from Burnham-on- sea, Berrow, uphill and Weston-super-Mare, perfect for a classic British seaside day out with its grand pier and attractions.
