Did you know we also manage the maintenance of soffits, fascias and guttering? 🏡

Keeping our developments looking their best includes maintaining the parts of the building that often go unnoticed.

This week, we've had a routine clean of the soffits and fascias at one of the developments we manage. Regular maintenance like this helps to protect the building and prolong the lifespan of these features 💛

Polite waste management reminder 💙

During our recent site visits, we noticed a number of communal bin stores overflowing with waste. Whist we know this can happen for a variety of reasons, it’s important

When waste is left outside of the bins, bins become overloaded, specialist clearances have to occur as routine collections will not take place. These additional services often come at an additional cost, which can contribute towards the overall service charge budget.

To help reduce the chances of this happening, you can:

- Break down cardboard boxes before recycling
- Use the correct bins
- Do not store large/ bulky items in the bin stores, instead, take these to your local Waste Recycling Centre
- Avoid leaving waste beside bins
- Report bin issues to your property management company as soon as possible

By working together, we can keep communal areas clean and safe whilst reducing unnecessary costs for everyone.

⚠️ Extreme heat warning in the West Midlands (Wednesday 24th & Thursday 25th)

Please take extra precautions during this time. Extreme heat can affect anyone, not just the vulnerable. Drink plenty of water, stay cool and check on family, friends and neighbours🩵
