Come On A Property Viewing With Me 👀

The 5 minutes before a viewer arrives matters more than people think.

Viewings aren't just about opening a door and letting someone look round. Get it wrong and even a great property can fall flat.

I know keeping a house viewing-ready all the time isn't realistic, especially with work, kids, life just happening. So before every viewing I'll always do a quick whizz round myself. Rooms checked, lights on, curtains open, anything out of place tidied away.

Then I greet the viewer personally at the door and take the time to build a bit of rapport before we've even stepped inside. People buy from people they feel comfortable with, and that starts on the doorstep, not in the kitchen.

Because the way a property is presented and the way a viewer is welcomed in that first minute shapes everything they feel for the next thirty.

It's a small thing most agents skip. But it's the difference between someone walking round a house and someone imagining their life in it.

That's the level of support every one of my vendors gets, on every viewing, start to finish.
