As guests of our friends over at Archangels Architects, we swapped sandbags for a court one; taking part in a volleyball tournament in aid for homeless charity Sussex Nightstop.

It was an ace day, fun-filled, for a great cause… Game, Set and Match!

As number 10 bring in our new Prime Minister, we’re betting Downing Street has nothing on this Grade II listed beach apartment, recently refurbished to the highest standards.

Marvel in the detail, with its uneven floors now levelled and corrected, and a brand new German kitchen with white stone tops and plastered in downlights to complete the look… it gets our vote!
