Our garden is finally getting some love! 🌿🌸

Yesterday, thanks to Ruth, Pat, and our gardener Suzy, we were able to get some planting done after our plans were scuppered by the recent heatwave.

Bill was one of the very first residents to move into Burlington Mews, so he has truly been with us from the very beginning. He is loved by everyone who has the pleasure of meeting him, and today we are celebrating the amazing person he is.

Yesterday we got our Mary Berry on and spent the afternoon baking! 🍌🧁

It was so lovely to see our residents come to life while using skills they may not have used for quite some time. One resident used to be a chef back in the day, and the joy on his face while baking was absolutely priceless. ❤️

Of course, there was only one thing on the menu… homemade banana bread for everyone! 🍌🍞

A wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, memories, and the smell of freshly baked treats throughout the home.
