🚨 60sqm of Indian sandstone layed, lots of prep work, new steps added etc turned out beautiful and great choice of materials 😃
🚨 New front door added, window removed, lintel moved higher and new door fitted 👌
🚨 50sqm of roof insulation done at 150mm thickness, vapour barrier x 2 and fully boarded plus torch on felt with new gutters and down pipes
Recently completed as part of the first stage of the work/project, there will be more to be done in the next few months

Some before pictures showing some patching up down a few years ago by the trade! Safe to say we have removed all of the patching up done and old felt then started again with new all the way across! Few months now and fully water tight as that’s what we do 👍🙂
