Lavinia has a passion for architecture and interior design having studied Art & Design at the University of Plymouth, Exeter Faculty. Lavinia began her career in a multi-disciplinary firm of consultant engineers and project managers working on large scale civil and build projects. She was then headhunted into recruitment where she spent 16 years working with small and large-scale housing developer

s on both green and brown field sites along with listed building contractors. Ask Lavinia was born at a dining table in Georgian bay window in Clifton in 2015, and has since grown into a large office with a dedicated team, who are passionate about property and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
