Are you an estate agent tired of dealing with chains and fall-throughs?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Negotiator to join our busy Auction Department based in our Clifton office.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of Bristol’s most established independent property specialists, working within our fast-paced and rewarding property auction department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting buyers and sellers through the auction process while helping to grow and develop the department.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45am – 6:00pm (no weekends)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• Previous estate agency or property experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional manner
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• A proactive and target-driven attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own car
