This Thursday evening Jas and I will be joining the Progressive Property Network Bromley community for a property conversation.

We’ll be sharing a bit about our journey so far — from starting with a small deposit many years ago, to gradually building and managing multiple HMO projects across Medway.

Nothing overly polished or “perfect”.
Just the honest version of how things actually look behind the scenes.

We’ll talk about the decisions that helped us grow, the mistakes that taught us the most, and what running a property business really looks like day to day.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐏𝐍 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲!

We were absolutely blown away by the turnout and energy in the room - thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a brilliant night.

The room was almost full to capacity, we greeted and chatted to people we already knew and were lucky enough to welcome those we'd never met before and made new connections.

We got to know each other, we drank, laughed, shared stories and after the event had finished we hosted a networking dinner to extend the opportunities.

A massive highlight was our wonderful friend Tabitha Wady delivering a truly powerful keynote. She shared her raw, honest, and inspiring journey from jobbing actress to successful property investor, now specialising alongside her husband Nick in crisis housing that truly serves and supports the local community. The way her passion, compassion, and genuine caring nature shone through was absolutely breathtaking and it left many of us moved and motivated.

From all of us involved - Ollie Williams, Darren Burrows and Maura Mikailian - a huge thank you to every single person who came along, connected, shared ideas, and helped make the relaunch such a success.
