Did you know that unless you are in a new build up to 10 years old, your house is required to be subject to a “DEICR” condition report at most every 5 years? You could be in muddy waters in the event of an insurance claim and your families general safety!
Think of it like an MOT you have for your vehicle.

This was a quick little Domestic Condition Report carried out today in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Here is what we found!

Seemingly out of sight or out of reach, but potentially dangerous by means of risk of fire or electric shock and un-reliable safety connections..

With the correct classification coding, we can help the customer determine how urgent each item is and what they means in order to establish how to move forward effectively for safety and budget.

Time to get in front!

Prior to the floor build-up externally next week we prepped out electrical points ready for the other contractors to have a clear run at forming their borders and pour the concrete base to raise the floor level!

We have left some 6” sleeves in the ground for the cement to form our “cut out” for the 6” Flush floor wash lights. This will leave us a perfect space to slide the lights in later without having to dig holes in finishes cement for the perfect fit!

After all, why work hard when you can work smart..?
