Wrapping up the month of May with the reapplication of project Bierton planning permission. ✔️

After our original scheme was refused late last year, we’ve been busy working with the LPA, architects, and to develop a workaround for this site.

The current scheme includes 🏠 1x 4-bed detached new build at the rear and the division of the front 8-bed property into 🏠 2x 4-bed semi-detached houses.
