Our client has recently moved into this property meaning they needed this storage space quickly made useable.

We installed loft legs and boards in order to allow for two layers of loft insulation giving the loft maximum thermal protection. This ensures the property’s energy usage remains low and keeps the property warm. Our installation also ensures the loft storage space is safe to access reducing the risk of injury and damage to the property.

Take a look at this decking restoration job from this month! 🎨

Our client had recently had some building work carried out and had a worn looking decking area in their garden. They needed this refreshed and looking good again. 💪🏻

With our three stage prepping process on the decking followed by a fresh coat of Cuprinol urban slate colour, we had the decking looking brand new in no time. ⏱

Our prepping process allows for fungicidal treatment firstly in order to battle fungus growing on the decking from coming back, followed by pressure washing and then scrubbing by hand with wire brushes to remove lose paint. Just take a look at the result!

Take a look at this recent patio repair!

Our client had multiple lifted and uneven slabs on their patio due to its age and decided it was time for a repair! This was quite a straight forward process of lifting all the slabs and old base in order to build up a new base and re-lay the slabs back to a level and even finish! This was all complete in just over 2 days and has brought back a brilliant finish to this patio with no more loose slabs or trip hazards!

From one room into two! 🔨

For this job the client had asked us to divide an already existing into two in order to create treatment rooms in their salon! This required us to create a stud partition wall. They had also asked us to insulate and plasterboard these walls in prep for plastering and install door liners in prep for door hanging. All of this was achieved efficiently in a single day in order to avoid preventing them from trading as a business for an extended period of time.

Our client was struggling with their old worn wooden back door. With constant weather changes the door was catching and snagging making it near inoperable, not to mention the cold draught it let through during the colder months! ❄️

Our simple solution to this was to install a UPVC back door increasing the energy efficiency of the house and defeating all of the issues stated above. As well as this our UPVC doors come with fully adjustable hinges allowing for any adjustments required to be made simply and quickly. (We also kept a couple of cocker spaniels happy by installing a new PVC dog flap! 🐶)

Our client needed this space converted to a useful and safe storage space. With the use of Loft Leg technology we installed a raised floor in this loft so our client could safely store things in their loft without the risk of collapsing any upper floor ceilings.

The loft legs also allowed us to double up on insulation in this loft giving a total of 300mm of insulation as opposed to 100mm.
