Here we have built a single story kitchen extension .
We installed 9m of aluminium bi fold doors to really open it up so the garden can really be part of the room .
We installed a new kitchen with quartz worktops and formed a small utility area .

Here we have formed two more bedrooms following on from the work we did to the property a while ago .
we matched the gable window to the one we had already done , along with enlarging the two upper windows to make the most of the views .
The larger of the two bedrooms has a small shower room and a separate toilet / sink .
All new aluminium windows to match existing works .
We also had the old render re coated with a slight textured coloured K rend , this was done by MP Plastering .

Here we extended a property near Wedmore .
We added another storey to the single storey rear extension to form a new larger bedroom with a full gable glass window to enjoy the great views across to the Mendip Hills .
Also we replaced the old french doors with new aluminium doors to match the gable window .
We also extended a small single storey extension to form a small snug / office room with 2 Velux windows and new aluminium french doors .
The bespoke wardrobes were built and fitted by Jon Tolley Carpentry .

Here we have built an orangery on the back of a cottage .
We also laid a large patio of limestone with a small water feature and a new wall to act as a wind break .
Inside we knocked the internal wall out to open up the kitchen and make use of the views .
New kitchen was supplied and fitted by Green Finch Kitchens .

Here we built a two storey extension to the property
The house is an upside down house so the kitchen / living room is upstairs to make the most of the view .
We built a new en-suite and a new family bathroom , along with alterations to the bedrooms to make access into the new extension
We fitted all new flush fit windows and 2 sets of sliding doors for both main rooms upstairs , one room already had a small balcony area and for the other set we installed a new glass juliet balcony .
We fitted new timber cladding to the upper section of the house and then used K Rend to cover the old brickwork to the lower section and the whole rear of the house .
New kitchen was supplied and fitted by Green Finch Kitchens .

Garage conversion
Here was a single garage that we turned into a new office with W/C and store room .
Office has a large 3 pane window with 6mm glass for enhanced noise reduction and better thermal efficiency along with a remote controlled large Velux roof window .
Small W/C was formed with a pocket door and a W/C and sink combo .
We formed a storage room to the rear of the garage for garden equipment etc .
Externally we rendered the garage in 2 colours of K Rend .
Finally we clad 75% of the garage in Siberian larch .

At this job we had a typical double garage ,
We raised the roof line to accomodate a room upstairs , we also used the stone from the gable end to re build the front elevation so the stone perfectly matched the original stone on the house so to hide the fact it was a new addition and blended in .

Here we have created a new bathroom with a shower and a bath , we also created a new en-suite for the master bedroom .

Here we built a small extension to the back of a bungalow , removed the rear wall of the bungalow and a wall between the old kitchen and living room . we installed 2 flat roof Velux roof lights and 5m long aluminium doors to create a large , light kitchen / living room

Here we took 2 rooms at the rear of the house and removed the dividing wall to create 1 open plan kitchen / living area .
1 fireplace was removed to form the new cooker position , the other fireplace was altered for the new wood burner .
New double door opening into the hall was created .
Kitchen supplied and fitted by Greenfinch kitchens .
