We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious and driven estate agent to join us as a franchise partner.

To be considered, you must have at least 5 years’ experience working within the estate agency industry, with a strong understanding of the property market and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results and customer service.

You’ll be someone who can:

✔️ Value properties confidently and accurately
✔️Instruct new business and build a strong pipeline of properties
✔️Conduct professional property viewings and valuations
✔️Negotiate offers and secure the best possible outcomes for clients
✔️Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔️Generate new business and develop local opportunities
✔️Deliver exceptional customer service from instruction through to completion
✔️Represent the brand professionally and uphold our high standards
✔️Build strong local partnerships and business relationships
✔️Take ownership, lead with confidence and drive the success of your franchise
✔️We’re looking for someone who understands that estate agency is about more than property — it’s about people, relationships, trust and results.
