Now I know this is not property related but after I did a valuation this morning in Canterbury I popped into Fenwicks after & had the wonderful Holly Hanrahan Make Up Artist at Charlotte Tilbury teach me some new techniques in over 40’s makeup (I know would you believe I’m over 40!? 😆) it’s a shame I don’t have a property video to do now I’m all younger looking 😀. I think I could certainly do with selling another house based on the amount I just spent there, I just have no control

Had a lovely catch up with a lovely couple who were on the market with me last year. They took their beautiful house in Shepherdswell off the market for a while to make some changes to the lay out & couldn’t wait to show me. Should be coming back on again soon so watch this space! Perfect opportunity to pop to Gilda Bakery to pick up the most enormous cookies I’ve ever seen for us to nibble (we all failed to finish them they were that big!) over a coffee & a catch up.
