🏡 Two sales. One smarter strategy.
When I took on a bungalow in Lydd, complete with planning permission for a single-storey bungalow to the rear, it had already been sitting on the market with a couple of local agents, offered as one package.
I took a different view.
Rather than continuing to market the bungalow and the building plot together, I separated them and went to market with a fresh approach, targeting the right buyer for each individually.
The result? I am due to exchange on the land imminently, and we’ve just agreed a sale on the bungalow. ✅
