Your duties will therefore include and not limited to marketing, site visits (viewings, inspections and maintiasues) customer services, contract negotiations and general admin duties.

The ideal person for this position would be someone personable, professional and reliable. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as experience in property management/rental. Generate new business and develop the company. You must be a strong team player but be able to work effectively and efficiently as an individual.
