Who’d have guessed that I would become a horticulturist along my property journey?? In my quest to find abandoned derelict properties ripe for development there is a common presence. It is called Buddleia apparently. I now keep my eyes open for Buddleia wherever I go! We offer fees for successful introductions of abandoned properties that we can in due course take control of. And so Buddleia sprouting from a building may well equal cash!
