Not all clutter is caused by laziness, messiness, or not caring.
Sometimes it’s caused by exhaustion.
Sometimes it’s caused by grief.
Sometimes it’s caused by anxiety, depression, overwhelm, a new baby, a relationship breakdown, ill health, or simply trying to carry too much on your own.
I’ve met so many people who feel ashamed of their homes and terrified of being judged.
Please know this:
You are not your clutter.
Your home is not a reflection of your worth.
And asking for help is never something to be embarrassed about.
If your home feels overwhelming right now, my inbox is always open. Whether you’re ready to book or just want to have a chat about where to start, I’m here to help.
🤍 No judgement.
🤍 No criticism.
🤍 Just support.
