🐾Rocky recommends The New England Tearoom and Shop 🐾

Rocky enjoyed his first visit to the tea room on his walk today and sampled the dog treats 🦴 his verdict is clear: definitely recommend. The biscuits were a big hit, and he sat very patiently waiting for more.

The humans weren’t left out either, with coffe and cake making it a lovely place to pause and relax ☕️🍰

Cozy, welcoming, and dog-friendly — a great stop for anyone out exploring the area.

Exciting times ahead for Morecambe and the surrounding area! 🎉

With the Eden Project set to begin construction in June 2026, we’re looking forward to welcoming even more visitors to stay with us at 10 Swan House.

We’re already perfectly placed for exploring some fantastic destinations, including the beautiful Lake District National Park, the historic city of Lancaster, and the ever-popular Morecambe Bay. The addition of the Eden Project nearby will bring another exciting reason for guests to visit.

📣📣📣Eden Project Morecambe: Construction to Begin 24th June 2026📣📣📣

Big news for Morecambe – a confirmed start date has now been announced for Eden Project Morecambe.

Speaking on a BBC Radio 4 programme, CEO Andy Jasper confirmed that construction will begin on 24th June 2026, marking a major milestone for the town’s seafront transformation.

The project remains on track, with the first phase expected to open in early 2027 and the full attraction opening in 2028.

With VINCI Building appointed as the main contractor, the development is set to deliver significant local benefits – including jobs, apprenticeships, and investment into the local economy.

Eden Project Morecambe will celebrate the natural beauty and heritage of Morecambe Bay, creating a landmark destination that supports long-term regeneration and growth.

A positive step forward for the town and a clear sign of continued momentum.
