Rent Reform Update: The Renter’s Rights Bill has now reached committee stage where the process of legislative scrutiny begins. Among those to give evidence last Tuesday were Ben Beadle and Theresa Wallace who began by highlighting landlords' fears surrounding the bill, with a third of landlords looking to dispose of properties or exit the sector completely.
