Last night’s BBC Panorama exposed the shocking tactics some agencies use to control the buying process and put their profits before people.

I’ve never worked in that world, and I sat in disbelief watching the lengths they go to. What hit hardest were the messages I received from some of my team who have joined Redbrik so grateful to have escaped that culture.
