What’s new at Fresh Air Property Management? 🌊

We may have been quiet on social media lately, but behind the scenes it’s been a busy and exciting few months! Swipe through to see what’s been happening ➡️

1. Summer transformations. The summer has showcased some incredible outdoor and landscaping projects (📷: Shell Seekers, Bracklesham Bay).

2. ⁠Beautiful renovations. We’ve seen some fantastic renovations to our properties this year (📷: Green Door, East Wittering).

3. A new home for our team. We’ve moved! You’ll now find us at our brand new offices in Chichester Marina

4. Sustainable linen partnership. We have moved to a full linen rental model with which means landlords don’t have the hassle of providing their own, or replacing stained or damaged towels or beddings.

5. Direct bookings focus. Our new website is on the way, designed to give guests a seamless experience from booking to reviewing.

❄️ C H R I S T M A S ❄️ It’s a busy time at Fresh Air, preparing nearly 100 houses for our Christmas guests. The festive season requires more detail & preparation than any other time of the year. We know how important it is to families & friends for Christmas to be perfect, so with that we offer bespoke decoration packages, welcome hampers, earlier check-ins, later check-outs…and mostly, ensure kitchens are stocked with roasting tins, champagne flutes, and all the other essentials items that help make Christmas Day run smoothly…
