Nice to receive a personal recommendation from a previous client, and secure new business. The new neighbours of a previous instruction commissioned us last week to extend and rework their property. Situated on a private road in Chislehurst with a steep fall at the rear of the property.

We have proposed a large lower ground floor extension wrapping around the existing basement plant/storage, this creates living space with direct garden access.

Two small rear extensions at entrance level are also proposed, the basement extension additionally creates a large ground floor rear terrace.

A dilapidated 2 bed house that we are proposing to demolish and replace with 2x1 bed and 2x2 bed houses.

A new instruction to take an existing detached house in one of Chislehurst's premier roads through to planning. This was following an initial feasibility appointment last year.

The existing 2,150sqft 4 bed house will have a large single storey rear extension, internal alterations and new roof incorporating a master suite in the loft.

The extensions will provide a finished house of circa 3,600sqft with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, study and 4 reception rooms.

Following a relatively positive pre-app meeting, we’ve now revised the massing of our 9 unit scheme with commercial in Greenwich SE10.

Lots of constraints to address in terms of flood zone, rights of light and proximity to Blackwall tunnel approach in the supporting information.
