Was abit of a tricky one But we managed to get everything running smoothly again 💪

One I’ve done today, old clay pipe had crumbled causing problems for the customer! After cctv inspection the only way this could be fixed was to be dug up and replaced and that’s what we did 💪 (I don’t own rights to music)

🚨 YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT WAS BLOCKING THIS SINK… 😂🍫

I genuinely thought I’d seen it all when it comes to blocked drains…

But today’s blockage has definitely taken the biscuit — or should I say, the chocolate! 😂

A customer got in touch asking if I could help with a blocked sink.

I arrived expecting the usual suspects… food, grease, hair, the odd mystery object 👀

What I DIDN’T expect was to be told:

👉 “We had a kids’ party yesterday and poured a FULL CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN DOWN THE SINK.” 🤦‍♂️😂

A FULL. CHOCOLATE. FOUNTAIN. 🍫😂

And yes… you can probably guess what happened next.

The chocolate had gone down the pipes and SET SOLID! 🫣

Needless to say, this wasn’t going to be a quick 10-minute unblock!

I had to remove all the pipework under the sinks and work through to the main drain, then spent the next hour or two literally beating solid chocolate out of the pipes to break it all down. 💪🍫🔨

I’ve unblocked plenty of things over the years…

But chocolate? That’s a new one! 😂

Thankfully, we got everything flowing again, cleaned everything up and left it all working as it should. ✅👍

Then it was onto the next job… because apparently “chocolate fountain blockage” isn’t a category on the job sheet! 😂

🚨 NOW THIS WAS A BLOCKAGE! 😳🚨

🚐💨 Leeds job completed!

We were called out to a care home in Leeds after a previous company had tried — and failed — to clear a serious blockage.

First attempt: rods.
Result: NOTHING! 🥴
This blockage was going absolutely nowhere!

To make matters worse, there was no access to the pipework or manhole 🫣, so we had to think outside the box.

After some investigation, we discovered the only way to access the system was through the toilets. We ended up removing TWO toilets just to get to where we needed to be.

We also carried out dye testing, but every time we put dye down the toilet, it came straight back up through the shower waste in the same wet room! 🙃

💪 Time to bring out the big guns…

We removed one of the toilets and put the high-pressure jetting equipment down the pipe.

After a bit of a battle… THE BLOCKAGE FINALLY GAVE IN! 🎯💦

But clearing the blockage was only half the job.

The flooding had affected the landing and several rooms, leaving us with a BIG clean-up operation afterwards. 🧹🫣

We don’t believe in simply clearing the blockage and walking away.

We take pride in our work and always make sure the area is left clean, tidy and safe. 👍
