The Lloyds Tour of Britain Women starts on Wednesday.
The opening stage will start and finish in Cockermouth, and will follow a 99 mile route across west and north Cumberland.
Wednesday's race is expected to pass through at the following times:
Whitehaven: 11:43 to 11:55
High Harrington: 11:57 to 12:07
Workington: 12:01 to 12:17
Flimby: 12:12 to 12:25
Maryport: 12:16 to 12:30
Allonby: 12:28 to 12:45
Silloth: 12:44 to 13:04
Wigton: 13:12 to 13:38
Caldbeck: 13:30 to 14:00
Aspatria: 14:00 to 14:37
Cockermouth: 14:21 to 15:50

An amazing bakery in Cockermouth. This bakery has grown from strength to strength **REAL BREAD**

No preservatives, unnecessary additives, no added soya or palm oil.
Now offering freshly baked GLUTEN FREE bread with recipes including seeded sourdough, buckwheat and chestnut sourdough, a tinned sandwich style sourdough and ciabatta rolls. All have been IMHO really good.
