Why rent a property from C S & Junior Properties?

After receiving a call from one of our tenants, saying that she believes the overflow on the bath may be leaking after she filled it. We called around to discover that the overflow had loosely come away from the bath, hence the leak.

After further investigation, we noticed some air line cracks in the bath so why just change the overflow connection when we could install a complete new bath to avoid further issues.

Any "normal" landlords or council would have just changed the overflow connection and waited for the next call with the next issue. However, here at C S & Junior Properties, when we start a job, we finish a job! 💪

New bath installed for our tenant to make her home perfect again for her 🏡

Thank you to everyone who has shown interest in this property. However, this has already now got a tenant already this quickly.

Just goes to show we are being seen as a trusted landlord with how quick this one went.

All decorating completely finished. Ready for the new carpets and linos to go down tomorrow along with rubbish removal.

Out with the old, in with the new! ✨️

We have genuinely been overwhelmed with the messages, calls and texts that we have been receiving asking if we have any houses available or upcoming.

Update on this one: now that all the rewiring has been done we can focus on ripping out the old! This house was "liveable" but we want our future tenants to make this their home. So this will be fully redecorated with fresh carpets/doors ect throughout.

So please keep an eye on our page for this upcoming nice and fresh 2 bed property to be completed.
