Another three bedroom property successfully rented out ✅️

Due to a family bereavement, we ended up having only a couple of weeks to get this house ready for it's new tenant. As usual, once we collected the keys, we found some issues that needed sorting including a leak, a full house electrical rewire and some new windows.

So we wanted to say a massive thank you to the following for their understanding and quick turn arounds:

🌟 Scott Metcalfes Electrical - carried out a full electrical rewire on a 3 bed house in just over two days

🌟 Right Choice Windows who took 48 hours from coming out to quote, manufacturing and installation.

🌟 K&H Carpets who was still at the house until nearly midnight the night before the tenant moved in to ensure they had fresh, new carpets (Apologies were given to the neighbours for the noise).

🌟David Taylor Plumbing who carried out the gas test and fixed the leak within the first couple of days of receiving the keys.

🌟 And finally, not to mention the usual gang - old and new - who are always willing to pick up a paintbrush, hammer, drill (whatever is needed!) and come help out: Andy, Martin and Louise.

It was a whole team effort! 💪

We haven’t had the best start to renovating this property, after finding out the electrics was absolutely shocking, Scott at Scott Metcalfes Electrical came out straight away and arranged to rewire the whole house and work longer days to make sure it was all done. Including not letting his other customers down at this same time.

Unfortunately my dad passed away a few weeks ago 😢 and all tools was put down.

Today we went back and started the first day of turning it from a building site to a nice home for a tenant!

It was even nice to see my older sister jumping on to help us push it closer to getting it ready.

Louise , Andy and Martin today for helping us! And we go again tomorrow. 💪🏻

Unfortunately, I left the ladders for the steps in the store room so I compromised … I am a trained IDIOT! DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME! 🙈

Why rent a property from C S & Junior Properties?

After receiving a call from one of our tenants, saying that she believes the overflow on the bath may be leaking after she filled it. We called around to discover that the overflow had loosely come away from the bath, hence the leak.

After further investigation, we noticed some air line cracks in the bath so why just change the overflow connection when we could install a complete new bath to avoid further issues.

Any "normal" landlords or council would have just changed the overflow connection and waited for the next call with the next issue. However, here at C S & Junior Properties, when we start a job, we finish a job! 💪

New bath installed for our tenant to make her home perfect again for her 🏡
