Recent drainage and sleeper border planter we have finished ,
With the existing lawn being far to wet to do anything with we removed all clay adding perforated drainage pipe , clean stone and topped off grade a top soil

tree roots caused this retaining wall to fall over in to the road. We were called in to excavate a safe working area down to solid ground, build a structural mesh cage including starter bars to run into the cavity of the wall and then 300mm concrete poured and levelled through.

2 large lawns we took care of last week, spring maintenance program consisting of scarification to get all moss and thatch out and then top dressed and over seeded. Looks bad now but has done the lawns a world of good and should be back green in a couple of weeks
